You may purchase a Supporter Features Account transfer to move all purchased packages from one account to another.
This is useful for users who had their accounts lost or stolen and have exhausted all available options at getting it back. This is not for combining two available accounts into one.

Mojang has been very quick and helpful in recovering accounts on numerous occasions. Send them an email and be patient, it really doesn't take long.

The only features that will be transferred are those that stay in your account forever (water, flying, extcommands, etc...)
One time purchases are not transferred/regenerated. Examples of non transferable/regenerated features include:

- EcoDollars
- EXP
- Crate Keys
- Tokens
- Etc.

This purchase is for Supporter Features Transfer only. We will not provide any other special requests In-game related to towns you may have, LWC locks you may have, etc. You will need to figure all of that out on your own time, via the Town Claim process, etc. This is strictly for supporter features.

What happens to my old account? Your old in-game account will be locked out from the server completely. Your forum account will either be a new account, or will be your old account - renamed to your new username. This part is situational and chosen by our staff in relation to what will work best for your current situation.

What do I do after purchase? After making this purchase, please do the following:

1. Email support@ecocitycraft.com
   1. Include your transaction ID
   2. Include your old username
   3. Include your new username
2. Please give us 24-48 hours following your purchase to process your request.
